Comments
When users leave comments or feedback within the app, we collect the information provided in the comments section. This includes your IP address and browser user agent string to help prevent spam and ensure a secure environment.
If you use a profile picture linked to a service like Gravatar, an anonymized string created from your email address (also known as a hash) may be sent to that service to verify your account. For more information, please refer to the Gravatar privacy policy: Gravatar Privacy Policy.
Media
If you choose to upload images of your products, please refrain from including any embedded location data (EXIF GPS). Users can download and extract location data from any images uploaded to the app.
Cookies
When you leave a comment or submit a product, you may opt-in to save your name, email address, and website in cookies for convenience. This allows you to avoid re-entering your information in future interactions. These cookies will last for one year.
Upon visiting our app, a temporary cookie will be set to determine if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and will be discarded when you close your browser.
When you log in, we will create several cookies to store your login information and preferences. Login cookies last for two days, while cookies for display preferences last for one year. If you select “Remember Me,” your login will persist for two weeks. Logging out will remove the login cookies.
If you edit or upload a product, an additional cookie will be saved in your browser. This cookie contains no personal data and merely indicates the product ID of the item you just uploaded. It will expire after one day.
Embedded Content from Other Websites
Our app may include embedded content (such as videos, images, and articles) from external websites. This embedded content behaves exactly as if you visited the other website directly.

Comments and their metadata are retained indefinitely to recognize and automatically approve any follow-up comments instead of holding them for moderation.
For users who register in the app, we store personal information provided in your profile. Users can view, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (excluding username changes). Admins can also access and edit this information.

If you have an account or have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided.
