The plant, originally native to Southeast Asia, also exists in South America. It can grow up to 4-5 meters in height and have a diameter of up to 2 meters. Although it generally prefers semi-shaded areas, it can also thrive in sunny or shaded regions. It does not require much water and is known for its resilience. The plant has round-shaped leaves that remain green throughout all four seasons. In the fall months, some of its leaves turn red and yellow, and the plant blooms with white flowers, which continue to open during the winter. It is commonly preferred for planting in hedge formations.
